All Staging and Other Work
Completed in 1-3 weeks dependent on the amount of work is needed.

Professional photos are taken no later than the Wednesday before the active date and after all work is complete
Active
The home goes active 1-3 weeks after the Coming Soon phase.
Showings
Scheduled in advance often with multiple viewings in the first week of activity.
Offers
